Order, shipping  and general information

All canvases are carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If you have multiple items in the order, they may arrive in different boxes on different days.

Our partner in shipping is DPD.

Our domestic orders are typically shipped via DPD Classic or DPD Classic Export. Extremely Large canvases that are considered oversized are delivered via DPD Extra. In this case they do require an appointment for delivery, which DPD will coordinate with the recipient.

You can also choose “DPD Express,” for an additional charge and your canvas will be in your hand in 1-5 working days. The 5 working days is calculated starting on the first full working day after the order is placed. Please make sure to include in the order the indication of the date you need your canvas by if you have a deadline. If the deadline is within less than 5 full working days, or you have a large order, or if your canvases are oversized then we may need to charge extra for shipping and handling.
